Contains the kit that we use regularly in pilates classes. Compact, versatile and lightweight, perfect for bringing to class, great for practising at home, packs down small enough to take on holiday and lots of fun to use.
Contains 1” head cushion, 1 Soft Ball (colour may vary), 1 pair of medium spiky massage balls, one strong resistance loop, one light 150cm resistance band, one strong 150cm resistance band.
Resistance loops and bands usually contain latex but please do email me if you need a latex free version.
The Contento Equipment Package contains the pieces of Pilates Equipment that we use most in our online classes. They are good quality pieces of kit that will enhance your Pilates practise at home and enable you to get maximum benefit from the classes.
